When you are confronted with a faulty crane just contact MIT. Based on the data available we will then quickly perform an adequate repair. If the components required are not immediately available MIT will try to repair the crane temporarily so that it can be used again.
Support in developing a preventive approach to avoid repair MIT can help you consulting. This includes conducting an inspection followed by a detailed report with recommendations, a product life-cycle inventory or a tailored maintenance plan with the actual maintenance to be performed by yourself or by MIT.
