REPOSITIONING HYDRAULIC TANK DECK CRANE IN SINGAPORE<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

In Singapore we have executed several reconditioning and renovating jobs on a TTS hydraulic deck crane on board a dredger.<\/p>\n

The most radical was the relocation of the hydraulic tank from the bottom of the crane spindle to the top of the crane, in order to guarantee a better pressure.<\/p>\n

This adjustment has been prepared by MIT in the Netherlands and subsequently realized on board.<\/p>\n

Also, all slew ring bolts were renewed, and many, often leaking hydraulic components were replaced. The hydraulic cylinders for the boom movement have been dismantled and under MIT supervision overhauled locally and replaced.<\/p>\n

The automatic load limiter which previously was provided by MIT, was also fully installed and tuned.<\/p>\n
